This little snippet comes from the opening of Prok This little snippet comes from the opening of Prokofiev’s ballet, Cinderella. 🩰 I made this video for my dear husband Étienne while I was warming up before one of the @nationalballet shows. 🎶 This past month has been a hard one, and this run was particularly emotional for me. Étienne has suffered a difficult diagnosis and we are in a pattern of tests and waiting for more information and next steps. It was such a joy for me to work with @mcbuckwheat It was such a joy for me to work with @mcbuckwheat and @quintagiousquintet a couple weeks ago. 🎶 @kevbobbsn created beautiful arrangements of Only Skin by Joanna Newsom and Barber’s Knoxville: Summer of 1915 for the ensemble. 💖 The parts brought me so much joy to learn and rehearse. 😀 The whole program was so incredibly well thought out and put together. 💥 I hope we get to play it again soon.
